Effective March 17th, 2020, ClearCom, Inc. requires all employees to self-monitor daily for any symptoms related to COVID-19 and report them to the Operations Manager prior to leaving their house for work. If there are any questions regarding the is policy, please contact Dave Grebetz at (262) 909-1001 for further clarification. This protocol will be updated as necessary.
All employees will self-monitor DAILY by taking temperatures and answering the following questionnaire.
- Have you traveled to a different state or country in the last 14 Days? If so, where?
- Are you exhibiting any of the following symptoms?
- decreased / loss of sense of taste or smell
- respiratory issues, i.e.: shortness of breath or development of a cough
- fever (>100F)
- muscle aches
- Have you been directly exposed to anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
If an employee answers yes to any of the above questions, we will proceed as recommended by the CDC. Additionally, we will abide by each of our client’s protocols as required.
As recommended by the CDC, ClearCom, Inc. has increased its cleaning process to include thorough disinfecting of high touch areas. High touch areas are considered to be doorknobs, light switch plates, telephones, arms of chairs, tabletops, desktops, filing cabinet handles, desk drawer handles, all touch surfaces of restrooms and breakrooms, hand height door frames, buttons of printers, copiers, and keyboards.
To aid in these cleaning efforts our office team members will clean their workspaces and the surrounding areas with provided disinfectant daily. Additionally, these spaces must always be clear from clutter and unnecessary documents or items.
As a team, we will follow the CDC guidelines with social distancing and stay at least 6 feet from other people and refrain from gathering in groups.
Facemasks, gloves and other PPE items are available and provided upon request but are not required at the ClearCom office at this time – they may be required at client sites.
If you are not comfortable coming to work at the ClearCom, Inc. office, or performing work at a ClearCom Inc. client site during this state shutdown due to COVID-19 please stay home.
